Requirements23 years experience as a Tour Consultant or in a similar inbound travel role
Strong knowledge of Southern and East Africa (destinations, logistics, and product)
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving approach
Experience with Tourplan (advantageous but not essential)
