Internal sales (Telesales Consultant) are required to assist with all customer enquiries related to selling products.
Internal sales are also required to build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, investigating underperforming customers and report any concerns for follow-up.
Generate new business through outbound calls. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
Internal sales are also responsible for Quotation follow ups and proactive sales drives.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Matriculated
5 years sales experience.
Proven successful sales and customer service track record.
Fire industry experience advantageous.
