• Performing manual testing on web applications to spot defects and usability gaps.
• Designing and executing test cases, plans, and scripts aligned to business and functional needs.
• Managing defects in tools like Jira, ensuring full visibility and traceability.
• Collaborating with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to extend test coverage and improve delivery.
• Running regression, smoke, functional, and exploratory testing to safeguard product quality.
• Preparing test data, setting up environments, and documenting results clearly.
• Bringing insights through QA dashboards, metrics, and test reviews.

• 5+ years of hands-on software testing experience.
• Solid grounding in BDD (Gherkin syntax) and ideally exposure to TDD.
• Practical experience in API testing and tools such as Selenium, Charles Proxy, Git, or JMeter.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to write high-quality test cases.
• ISTQB or similar certification (preferred).
• A continuous learner with adaptability to new tools and approaches.

• Technical fluency with testing practices and software development lifecycles.
