Software Developer

Qualifications:

• A Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Relevant certifications in C#, .NET, or web technologies (advantageous)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Proficient in:
• C# (.NET Framework/.Net Core/ASP.NET)
• TypeScript (non-negotiable)
• HTML & CSS3
• SQL (including complex queries and optimization)
• RESTful API development
• Experience with:
• ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework
• Unit and integration testing
• Agile software development practices
• Desirable exposure to:
• Front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js)
• Cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)
• DevOps tools and Git version control
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

Key Performance Areas (KPAs):

• Develop and maintain full stack web applications (front-end and back-end)
• Design and implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs
• Write efficient, optimized SQL queries and integrate with databases via ORM
• Collaborate with team members during sprint planning, code reviews, and solution design
• Participate in unit testing, debugging, and system optimization
• Identify performance issues and continuously improve system performance
• Maintain documentation for systems, APIs, and codebases
• Contribute to innovation and improvements in application design and architecture
