Workshop Foreman- Mercedes Benz

The Certified Diagnostic Technician – Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars is responsible for advanced vehicle diagnostics, fault finding, and technical troubleshooting on Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles. The role requires strong hands-on diagnostic expertise, adherence to manufacturer standards, and close collaboration with the Workshop Manager to ensure efficient workshop operations and high-quality service delivery.

• Perform advanced diagnostics and fault-finding on Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles.
• Utilize Mercedes-Benz diagnostic systems and tools to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Support workshop operations by providing technical guidance on complex repairs.
• Ensure all diagnostic and repair work complies with Mercedes-Benz standards and procedures.
• Maintain accurate diagnostic reports and job documentation.
• Assist in improving workshop efficiency and technical quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with workshop leadership regarding technical findings and repair requirements.

• Mandatory: Mercedes-Benz Diagnostic Technician Certificate (MB Diagnostic Technician Certificate).
• Strong technical background specific to Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles.

• 7–10 years experience as a Mercedes-Benz Technician.
• 7–10 years hands-on diagnostic and technical experience within authorized or specialist Mercedes-Benz workshops.

• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise on Mercedes-Benz passenger cars.
• Strong understanding of vehicle electronics, engine management systems, and onboard diagnostics.
• Ability to work independently and under workshop pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
