Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric Certificate / Grade 12.
- 3 - 5 years relevant working experience.
- Administrative qualification (advantageous)
- Computer literacy.
- Experience with an ERP system (System knowledge e.g. SYSPRO)
- Own reliable transport.
- Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)

- Assist with maintenance queries on breakdowns.

- Communication with the contractors on quotations, scales and cranes.
- Inform artisan parts for booking out in store.
- Ensure the correct paperwork reaches the stores administrator within one business day.
- Inform the HO maintenance and administrator regarding the forklift services or repairs.

- Follow up with the stores on breakdown progress and completion timeframes.
- Update and maintain machine maintenance schedules tracker.
