Repairs and maintenance administrator

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12
• Proven admin experience in a property management or similar environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional and courteous demeanor
• Tech-savvy and able to learn systems quickly (experience with RMO is a plus)
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Valid drivers license

Duties:

• Handling all Repairs & Maintenance (R&M) admin including job card management through our in-house system (RMO)
• Liaising daily with contractors, insurers, and trustees
• Managing insurance claims and coordinating with assessors and brokers
• Following up on contractor work, job card updates, and invoice submissions
• Organizing meetings, site visits, and scheme communications
• Providing professional support to Owners, Trustees, and ExCom
• Ensuring all documentation and scheme information is well-organized and up to date
