Role Summary:

We are seeking a driven and experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to oversee and grow the dealerships new car sales operations. The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with strong OEM knowledge and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• 35 years of experience in new vehicle sales, with at least 12 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven sales track record with OEM compliance experience.
• Valid drivers license.
• Manufacturer-specific training or OEM accreditation (advantageous).
• Strong understanding of dealership processes, sales cycles, and customer engagement strategies.
• Target-driven mindset with proven leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of vehicle financing, trade-ins, and value-added products.
• Proficient with CRM systems and dealer management software (DMS).

• Manage the entire new vehicle sales process and lead the sales team.
• Forecast and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with OEMs and finance partners.
• Oversee new model launches, sales promotions, and showroom display strategies.
• Ensure full compliance with manufacturer programs, branding, and operational requirements.
• Set pricing strategies, manage new stock levels, and allocate vehicles effectively.
• Train, coach, and motivate the sales team for peak performance.
• Handle escalated customer issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure showroom presentation aligns with OEM standards.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and report performance metrics to senior management.
