The Role: Growth / New Business Operations Coordinator (UK)

The focus is on maintaining CRM hygiene and coordinating internal inputs to ensure accuracy and visibility across the sales pipeline.

• Execute and coordinate multiple workstreams to manage deal progression from brief to close.
• Build and iterate client proposals and pitch decks while ensuring timely follow-up on marketing opportunities.
• Own CRM hygiene and sales pipeline admin by tracking and updating status across active opportunities in HubSpot.
• Coordinate inputs across internal teams, including customer success, strategy, and partnerships.
• Respond to inbound leads and reactive opportunities to ensure timely progression.
• Support on commercials, timelines, and basic client communications.
• Chase senior stakeholders to ensure all deadlines are met, and deals move efficiently.
• Prefer experience in agency, media, or commercial roles.

• Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar.
• Marketing-related experience with a creative and forward-thinking approach.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented executor comfortable owning multiple workstreams.
• Commercially aware with an understanding of how deals move from lead to close.
• Proactive individual who takes initiative and is comfortable chasing senior stakeholders.
• Fast, responsive, and able to operate with ambiguity.
• Experience in agency, media, or commercial roles preferred.
