The company is an organisation within the marketing and influencer industry. It operates with an EMEA Growth team focused on managing inbound leads, reactive opportunities, and client proposals.
The Role: Growth / New Business Operations Coordinator (UK)
The purpose of this role is to take day-to-day execution and coordination off the Growth lead to ensure nothing stalls due to a lack of follow-up. This position acts as a key contributor in getting deals across the line and closed by managing the progression of opportunities from the initial brief through to the proposal and closing stages.The focus is on maintaining CRM hygiene and coordinating internal inputs to ensure accuracy and visibility across the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Execute and coordinate multiple workstreams to manage deal progression from brief to close.
- Build and iterate client proposals and pitch decks while ensuring timely follow-up on marketing opportunities.
- Own CRM hygiene and sales pipeline admin by tracking and updating status across active opportunities in HubSpot.
- Coordinate inputs across internal teams, including customer success, strategy, and partnerships.
- Respond to inbound leads and reactive opportunities to ensure timely progression.
- Support on commercials, timelines, and basic client communications.
- Chase senior stakeholders to ensure all deadlines are met, and deals move efficiently.
- Prefer experience in agency, media, or commercial roles.
- Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar.
- Marketing-related experience with a creative and forward-thinking approach.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented executor comfortable owning multiple workstreams.
- Commercially aware with an understanding of how deals move from lead to close.
- Proactive individual who takes initiative and is comfortable chasing senior stakeholders.
- Fast, responsive, and able to operate with ambiguity.
- Experience in agency, media, or commercial roles preferred.
