The Role: Marketing Services Co-OrdinatorThis role supports the sales and marketing functions by managing client proposals, digital and trade marketing initiatives, and live campaign processes. It is a key position ensuring smooth operations across sales support, client engagement, and campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the development and generation of sales presentations and proposals for direct clients and media agencies
- Oversee the sales process with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction
- Facilitate proof of flight processes and create site bibles for campaigns
- Coordinate trade marketing activities, including documents, client events, gifting, and birthday lists
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media platforms
- Maintain accurate reporting and housekeeping through daily updates on Teams, proposals, and reminders
- Compile and distribute monthly Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) reports
- Ensure timely delivery of post-campaign documentation and client reporting
- 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing coordination, advertising, or media (OOH experience advantageous)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital platforms (social media, reporting tools)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and client-focused mindset
