Minimum Qualifying Criteria:
- Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Sciences, engineering, education, business, or technical discipline (or equivalent) or professional education.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 year in Quality Management, training, or learning in a regulated industry.
- Quality Management Systems: Knowledge of regulated Quality Management Systems, focusing on training processes (especially GxP).
- Innovation: Demonstrates courage, vision, and drive for innovative change.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to develop solutions and present issues and solutions effectively.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in English; additional language skills based on geographical location.
- Collaboration: Commitment to cross-functional collaboration and breaking down silos.
- Adaptability: Ability to navigate within a changing organization, maintaining objectivity, respect for differing opinions, fairness, open communication, and consensus-building skills.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Training Process Support: Execute tasks to maintain the training process and support internal stakeholders.
- Intake Management: Manage learner and leader intakes via email or Service Now, and maintain groups, curricula, and assignments in the Cornerstone IT tool.
- Sub-Process Maintenance: Support the Training Chapter with sub-processes and the Cornerstone IT tool.
- Create and maintain Training Matrices for Q&R and the RD Cape Town site.
- Coordinate Training Matrices with Learning Experts outside of Q&R.
- Manage, create, and execute learning requests via email, Service Now (SNow), and Cornerstone.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Shared Service Center (GLS) for Training.
- Innovation Support: Implement innovative concepts to ensure professional and effective training, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and regulations.
- Audit Support: Provide audit support by building, analyzing, and reporting relevant metrics. Analyze training needs to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Network Leads, Sub Chapter Leads, People Leaders, learners at RD Cape Town, and other stakeholders.
