Financial manager

A well-established multi-national energy business with close to 20 years of operational success is seeking a Financial Manager to join its high-performing finance team. This is a hands-on, operational role for a CA(SA) with at least 5 years post-articles experience in financial management within complex environments.
You will play a key role in driving financial integrity, operational efficiency, and business performance across regional operations. This is a visible position with real impact, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and operational leaders.
Duties:
- Full financial management of operational business units
- Monthly management accounts, reporting, and variance analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Strengthening internal controls and financial governance
- Supporting operational teams with commercial insights
- Leading audits and ensuring compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements
- Driving process improvements across finance operations
Education and experience:
- Qualified CA(SA) essential
- Minimum 5 years post-articles experience in a Financial Manager / operational finance role
- Experience working in the energy or engineering sector is preferred.
