Company and Job Description:
Youll be part of a dynamic finance team, taking ownership of key financial processes and providing meaningful insights to support business strategy. This role is ideal for a Financial Manager who is highly analytical, systems-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with a strong focus on forecasting, modelling, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead forecasting and financial modelling processes
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decision-making
- Manage month-end processes, including budgeting and variance analysis
- Provide insights through detailed financial analysis and reporting
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within reporting systems
- Support business units with financial planning and performance tracking
Job Experience & Skills Required :
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Sage system experience (essential)
- High attention to detail and strong commercial acumen
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- BCom Degree in Accounting / Finance (essential)
- CIMA or SAIPA qualification (essential)
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Financial Manager role
- Experience within technology, media, or digital environments advantageous
