  • 2–5 years’ conveyancing experience — including transfers, bond cancellations, and Deeds Office procedures.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to support the director in both office and personal administrative tasks.
  • A proactive approach, with the willingness to take initiative and exceed expectations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
