Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in 360-degree recruitment
- Proven track record in revenue generation and client retention
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for sales and building long-term client relationships
- Experience in candidate assessment, interviewing, reporting, profiling, and database management
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes within an agency environment
- Own reliable transport is essential
