Our client is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their dynamic and forward-thinking organisation that specialises in connecting top talent with opportunities in the fleet management, logistics, and transportation sectors. • Identify and engage top talent across various job roles, particularly within the fleet, logistics, and transportation industries.
• Utilise job boards, databases, and networking strategies to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates suitability for roles.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and sourcing strategies.
• Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent sourcing.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in candidate sourcing tools, job boards, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR is an advantage.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is preferred.

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
