IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the high availability, performance and reliability of all IT services, including networks, servers, endpoints, applications and cloud platforms
- Manage on-premise, hybrid and/or cloud infrastructure - Microsoft Azure, M365, and AWS
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls to protect systems, data and users
- Translate the business strategy into a local IT roadmap aligned with group or regional directives
- Lead IT projects, including upgrades, migration and new system implementation
- Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers and system integrators
- Control IT budgets, forecast expenditure and track ROI technology investments
- Lead, mentor and develop the local IT team (support and infrastructure applications)
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related
- 7-10 years' experience in IT, and 3-5 years in IT management or a lead role
- Strong experience in infrastructure, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and user support
- ITIL Foundation certificate
- Microsoft (Azure / M365), AWS or equivalent certificates
- Cybersecurity, governance or project management certificates
