Responsibilities:
Integrated Marketing Strategy: Align marketing initiatives with overall business goals, translating company objectives into a clear, measurable marketing roadmap
Brand Stewardship: Define and strengthen brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Lead creative campaigns and manage external communications
Acquisition & Growth: Oversee digital acquisition strategies to scale high-quality customer and client bases. Unlock new channels and optimize marketing spend for efficiency
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive landscapes and market trends, using data analytics to inform strategy and provide actionable insights to leadership
Proven experience leading high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns that delivered measurable business growth
Deep expertise across brand marketing and performance marketing channels

Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and data-driven performance
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable): Relevant tertiary qualification (Marketing, Business, or Communications)
Minimum of 10 years experience in marketing, with a strong track record in digital-first environmentsProven experience leading high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns that delivered measurable business growth
Deep expertise across brand marketing and performance marketing channels
Prior experience managing cross-functional teams and external agency partners
