Overview:We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative with strong experience in the transport and logistics sector, specifically in super link operations or freight forwarding. The ideal candidate will have a solid network within the industry, proven ability to generate new business, and an understanding of road freight operations and customer service requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Source, identify, and secure new transport and freight clients (super link and local).
Manage existing customer relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.Prepare and present client quotations, proposals, and transport solutions.
Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure service efficiency.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitor activity.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.
Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) essential; Diploma in Sales, Logistics, or Supply Chain will be an advantage.
3–5 years’ proven sales experience in the transport or freight forwarding industry.Strong understanding of super link truck operations, load planning, and delivery routes.
Established client base or network within the transport/freight industry (advantageous).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
