- Servicing and growing existing client relationships
- Sourcing and securing new clients (business development)
- Taking detailed job briefs from clients
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Matching candidates to client specifications
- Typing and presenting professional CVs
- Conducting reference checks
- Managing the offer process and placements
- Ongoing client and candidate communication
- Marketing support and general administration
- Matric
- Minimum 2 years recruitment experience
- Proven ability to manage a 360 recruitment desk
- Well-presented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
