PREMIUM SPA THERAPIST (MATERNITY COVER CONTRACT)
TOKAI, Cape Town South (SOUTHERN SUBURBS), Western Cape (ZA)
START DATE: 22 September 2026 - 21 January 2027 (4-months contract)REPORT TO: Assistant Spa Manager / Spa Manager
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday – Sunday
- Shifts: 08:00am - 17:00pm / 10:00am - 19:00pm
- 1x Weekend off per month + days off in the week
- Hospitality Sector - includes all major public Holidays
REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- R13,366 Basic Salary per month - guaranteed
- Tiered Service Commission
- 10% Retail Commission earned for all retail sold by you

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- South African citizen OR valid working permit for employment in SA (we do not offer permits)
- DIPLOMA achieved Beauty Specialist / Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology
- International accreditation from ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / CIDESCO
- Reliable transport within the Southern Suburbs or be based within greater Constantia region
- Professionally groomed - 5-star appearance - looking the part
- Cruise ship and OR 5-star Spa experience is essential
- Confident all-rounder with a special interest in Wellness, Holistic therapies and rejuvenating therapies
- Confident in prescribing retail and homecare to your clients
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Confident and skilled in all standard SPA, BEAUTY & SKIN CARE services
- Ability to effectively and confidently prescribe relevant home care to clients accordingly
- Confidently re-book clients where applicable (local clients)
- Strong team dynamic
- Ability to work in luxury environment with high-end clients from around the world
