Minimum requirements:
- Trade Test: Diesel Mechanic
- Driver's license
- Own vehicle
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience as a Diesel Mechanic
- Proficient in MS Office
Required skills:
- Diesel engine diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Transmission, brake, and drivetrain servicing
- Use of diagnostic tools and software
- Welding and basic fabrication (advantageous)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork
- Attention to detail and safety compliance
- Accurate record-keeping and job card handling
- Physically fit and OHS compliant
