Location: Alberton - Alrode

Salary R10,000.00 to R14,000.00 CTC Neg

The role requires an individual with strong experience in financial processes, and a solid understanding of accounting principles to assist in accurate reporting and decision-making."Admin & Creditors Clerk – Precision, Performance, and Professionalism!"

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience in administration and accounts payable, QuickBooks software a plus.
  • Excel Skills: Strong skills are essential – must understand and use formulas effectively.
  • 2 Saturdays a month (as needed): 08:00 to 13:00 (typically month-end or month-beginning)
  • Must be comfortable working in a female-only, relaxed but performance-driven office.
  • Must be able to take initiative, problem-solve, and work independently, meet deadlines, be detail-oriented, with good memory
  • Attention to detail is critical

Duties:

  • Full creditors function:
  • General admin support for the accounts department
  • Managing filing systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with month-end processes and reporting
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal staff as needed
  • Assisting with basic data capturing and spreadsheet reporting
  • Support across departments where necessary (team player attitude)
