Junior Tour Groups Travel Consultant

Location: Blackheath, Western Cape

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with the ability to maintain accurate records relating to clients, bookings, suppliers, and payments.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Personal Skills:

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work closely within a small team.
• An easy-going personality that fits into a relaxed company culture while maintaining high work standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the smooth operation of all assigned tour programs, including general administrative duties related to group operations.
• Make reservations for required services and maintain communication with agents and suppliers regarding reservation statuses, payment terms, and deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with suppliers, agents, and clients.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM.
