They own and operate the largest food and recipe social media platform in Africa. The team utilizes AI, automation, and lean principles to move quickly, eliminate waste, and deliver exceptional work.

The Role: Project Manager

The primary focus is balancing the PM iron triangle: delivering projects on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards while embedding continuous process improvements.

• Drive end-to-end project execution for candidates with 3 to 5 years of project management experience, ensuring multiple projects move simultaneously without bottlenecks.
• Manage project finances with discipline, including cost monitoring, accurate forecasting, budget tracking, and full post-project reconciliations.
• Coordinate internal resources and build strong relationships with external clients, freelancers, and content creators.
• Champion systems improvement by using AI tools, automation, and lean methodologies to improve workflow velocity and quality.
• Facilitate regular retrospectives and analyze data to implement measurable efficiency gains across the pipeline.
• Maintain clear communication, track risks early, and escalate issues quickly to protect project timelines and budget targets.

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience, preferably within social media marketing or digital media.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, suppliers, creators, and production timelines.
• Strong interest and practical experience in utilizing AI tools and automation to build solutions and speed up workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with project management software, content management systems, and financial/data analysis in Spreadsheets or Excel.
• Systems-thinking mindset with exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Calm, adaptable presence under pressure with strong proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to translate complex schedules into clear action plans.
• Advanced PM certification is a plus.
