What Youll Be Doing
🎯 Shape the Brand- Turn market insights and customer understanding into a clear, differentiated brand position
- Define and refine the brand voice, tone, and identity across all platforms
- Keep a close eye on competitors and spot opportunities to stand out
- Conceptualise and execute campaigns that support product launches and brand growth
- Own and grow the LinkedIn presence and broader digital footprint
- Create content that connects from social posts to website updates and presentations
- Support visual storytelling through video and digital assets
- Use analytics, SEO, and marketing tools to continuously improve performance
- Track whats working (and whats not) and adjust strategy accordingly
- Turn numbers into insights and insights into action
- Align internal communication with the external brand
- Support internal initiatives and help build a strong, unified culture
- 510 years experience in brand, marketing, or digital roles
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (non-negotiable)
- A strong grasp of digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution
- Confidence working across both strategy and hands-on delivery
- Marketing analytics & automation tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Social media management platforms
- WordPress / WooCommerce (or similar CMS platforms)
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Canva, presentation tools, Microsoft O365
Bonus if you enjoy photography, video, or visual storytelling.
