We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of administrative processes, provide support to staff, and maintain a professional and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office files, records, and documents
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
  • Assist with data entry, report preparation, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma or certificate in Office Administration or related field
  • Experience with office management software
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting
  • Availability immediate / 1st May
  • Residing in Stellenbosch or closest
