- Strong sales, dealer support, and relationship management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to train, mentor, and support dealer teams
- Proactive and professional approach
- Valid Code 8 drivers licence and own vehicle
