We are seeking a professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Reporting to the General Manager, the ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of relevant experience. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company.
Your duties will include welcoming and greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing appointments, and performing basic clerical tasks. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure a smooth flow of day-to-day operations.
