Minimum requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Production / Operations Management, Food Science, or a related field
- 3 Years experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Exposure to meat processing or food production will be highly advantageous
- Basic understanding of production processes, yields, and waste control
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP) and cold chain management
- Proven ability to supervise and coordinate staff on a production floor
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Ability to work in a cold environment and perform under pressure to meet daily production targets
- Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
