About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Project Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, project coordination, and working in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule while maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily administrative and project coordination tasks.
  • Create, update, and manage project tickets, task lists, and project schedules.
  • Follow up with clients regarding content, feedback, approvals, and project requirements.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain project calendars.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation and records.
  • Monitor project deadlines and assist in ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Liaise with developers, designers, and clients to keep projects progressing smoothly.
  • Prepare project reports and status updates for management.
  • Assist with website content uploads and perform basic quality checks when required.
  • Manage emails, filing systems, and general administrative duties.
  • Assist with quotations and other office administration functions as needed.
Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in an administrative, project coordination, or office support role.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
  • Reliable transport to and from the office in Gqeberha.
Advantageous
  • Experience working in a digital, marketing, IT, or project-based environment.
