Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist with:

  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • HR statutory and compliance requirements
  • Employee records, filing and POPI compliance
  • Payroll support and employee benefits administration
  • Learning and development initiatives
  • Employee engagement activities
  • Industrial Relations matters
  • Maintaining up-to-date HR policies, procedures and practices
  • General day-to-day HR operations
Requirements
  • HR Certificate or Diploma
  • At least 2 years experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Exposure to HR compliance, processes and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Valid Code 08 drivers license

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong administrative, organisational and problem-solving skills. Confidentiality, reliability and a customer-service mindset are essential.
