We interface with Operations, Engineering, Category, Finance, Procurement, Data Science, and Global Packaging teams to identify and execute solutions that improve Customer experience by reducing waste and damages in packaging, while also driving significant savings for Amazon.

Ownership of work is extremely important, and candidates should have a proven record of driving projects and strategic initiatives to completion.

Key job responsibilities- Manage new and existing programs, successfully delivering projects and goals.
- Work directly with key internal stakeholders, customers, and partner teams to craft and deliver scalable solutions.
- Partner with other program managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones and drive delivery.
- Own program communication, accelerating progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers (e.g., path to green), escalating as appropriate.
- Influence design and development of packaging and associated processes.
- Work with program managers and business leaders to communicate and deliver critical business initiatives.
- Coordinate and communicate packaging improvements and progress updates to key stakeholders.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English- Experience in an operational role
