We're looking for a highly motivated Franchise Enablement Consultant to join a respected financial planning and advice specialist in South Africa. The ideal candidate will support the company's national short-term insurance franchise network, helping to embed the franchise value proposition, promote technology adoption, and ensure consistent performance across the network.

About the Role

As a Franchise Enablement Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for franchise enablement, providing seamless operational support and guidance to franchisees. You'll build strong relationships with advisers, provide tailored support to franchises, and conduct regular check-ins and progress reviews.

A key part of the role is to ensure that franchisees are leveraging the full suite of operational, marketing, and compliance support.

You will also be responsible for monitoring operational standards and identifying performance gaps. This includes identifying and mitigating operational and advice risks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You'll provide guidance and training on risk-related policies and procedures, as well as support on the effective use of the company's technology ecosystem.

Qualifications & Experience

To be a strong candidate for this role, you should have:

A business-related qualification in areas like Business Administration, Insurance, Operations Management, or Risk Management.

The

RE5 qualification is essential.

At least
  1. 5 years of experience in a client-facing, operations, training, or enablement role.

Practical understanding of short-term insurance processes is essential.

Experience supporting decentralized teams or multi-branch operations.

A valid driver's license and willingness to travel nationally.

Skills & Competencies

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, excellent communication skills, and a high attention to detail. You should also be tech-savvy, comfortable with InsureTech platforms, and able to train others on digital tools.

A strong sense of initiative and accountability is also highly valued.
