Were looking for a commercially astute professional with strong technical understanding:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years experience in procurement or supply chain (preferably in a precision engineering or manufacturing environment)
- Strong understanding of sourcing within technical/engineering sectors
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of Import/Export regulations and INCOTERMS
- Understanding of quality and environmental standards
- Experience in supplier management, compliance, and inventory processes
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial judgement and strategic thinking
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High attention to detail with a drive for excellence
- Natural relationship builder with strong networking ability
- Leadership capability and confident decision-making
