Persal Sales Manager - Accelerator (Dialler experience is mandatory)

Based in Umhlanga, Durban, this role is perfect for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced call centre environment. Youll be instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency and campaign success - all while following our proven business model, rolling up your sleeves, and building from the ground up through hands-on sales and team leadership.

What Youll Be Doing:

Dialling
  • Direct involvement in dialling and making sales.
  • Ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Lead & Scale
  • Drive outbound telesales performance across large teams.
  • Take full ownership of operations, people, processes, and platforms.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop sales agents to unlock their full potential.
Campaign & Performance Management
  • Build and optimise innovative sales campaigns that accelerate growth and retention.
  • Use data, insights and KPIs to continuously sharpen productivity and profitability.
  • Oversee lead management, quality, compliance, and client satisfaction delivery.
Sales Leadership & Strategy
  • Align sales strategies with key financial services products and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with training, recruitment, and enablement teams to fast-track onboarding and talent development.
  • Driving brand led strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience working in Persal telesales operations (essential).
  • Experience scaling and managing high-capacity call centres (essential).
  • Matric or equivalent NQF (essential).
  • Business/Financial/Commercial Diploma or Degree.
  • Regulatory accreditation (FAIS compliant).
  • Outbound telesales leadership in financial services, insurance, or similar regulated industries.
  • Strong track record in campaign execution, performance management, and business retention.
