Coordinate endâtoâend import and export shipments (air and sea)

Prepare and process documentation (AWB, Bills of Lading, customs entries, declarations)
Ensure compliance with SARS, customs regulations, and Incoterms
Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and clients to ensure smooth cargo flow
Track shipments and provide proactive updates to clients
Handle costing, invoicing, and margin application via CargoWise
Resolve operational issues and escalations promptly
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence

Requirements

Minimum Grade 12 qualification
Diploma/Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade preferred
5 years experience in freight forwarding (air & sea, import/export)
CargoWise experience essential
Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs clearance, and international trade procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
