Duties:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow with commercial, operations, and HQ teams.
- Support Sales on pricing and tenders.
- Partner with Operations to drive projects.
- Provide insights on financial risks and opportunities, tracking mitigation actions.
- Monthly and quarterly close and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Supervise the site finance team.
- Manage working capital, cash, payroll, inter-company transactions, and Board reporting.
Education and Experience:
- BCom Accounting minimum
- Minimum 10 years finance experience
- Experience in the manufacturing or mining sector is essential
- Experience in a matrix reporting structure
- Commercially minded, analytical, and highly hands-on
