Technical Sales Engineer - Water Treatment

I specialise in recruiting technical sales professionals within the engineering sector and am currently looking to connect with experienced Water Treatment Sales Engineers across Gauteng.

Ideal candidates will have experience developing commercial and industrial water treatment solutions from initial customer engagement through technical design, costing, proposal and project support.

Your experience should include interpreting water analyses, designing appropriate treatment solutions, equipment sizing, preparing technical proposals and tenders, developing new business and managing client relationships.

Education:

• BTech or BSc Engineering Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Equivalent relevant engineering qualification may be considered

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 25 years experience within the water treatment industry
• Technical sales and project engineering experience
• Commercial and industrial water treatment exposure
• Experience with reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, filtration, softening and chemical dosing advantageous
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills
• Experience preparing technical proposals, quotations and tenders
• Valid South African drivers licence
