Business Development Manager

What Youll Be Doing (AKA Your Mission):

• Hunt down fresh market opportunities like the sales ninja you are
• Get to know new clients and understand exactly what makes them tick
• Create tailored business solutions that solve real-world challenges
• Present your brilliant ideas at board level and seal the deal
• Negotiate contracts like a seasoned pro (because you are!)
• Cross-sell our suite of Recruitment Cluster solutions like a champ
• Analyze performance data to track progress and uncover improvements
• Smash those sales targets and then some!

Must-Have Skills (No Pressure, But Yes Pressure):

• 5 to 10 years of experience in a sales or service-related role
• Minimum 5 years selling ERP or SAP IT solutions
• A proven track record of closing deals and growing business
• Sound understanding of technical terms (buzzwords are your second language)

Bonus Points If You Have:

• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification
