Specialist Sales Coordinator

A well-established supplier within the heavy industrial and materials sector is seeking a highly organised and proactive Internal Sales and Logistics Coordinator to support its sales and dispatch operations.
This office-based role plays a central part in coordinating orders, transport, and customer communication ensuring accurate, timely deliveries and strong service standards across the business.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Proven experience in internal sales, sales coordination, or logistics coordination
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience working with SAP (essential)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Manage sales orders from receipt through to final delivery
- Coordinate dispatches and arrange transport collections
- Liaise with customers regarding orders, schedules, and queries
- Communicate with transporters to ensure timely collections and deliveries
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales and delivery documentation
- Support the sales team with quotations and order confirmations
- Resolve customer or delivery issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records across sales and logistics functions
- Experience within industrial supply, mining, metals, foundry, chemicals, or related sectors will be advantageous
