Front of House Manager (Junior)

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Junior Front of House (FOH) Manager to join our hospitality team in Bryanston. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and supporting staff under the guidance of senior management.

Key Requirements:

• 13 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant management
• Strong judgment and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Flexibility with working hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Attention to detail and client‑service orientation
• Fully computer literate
• Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations and maintain company standards
• Ensure effective communication between front‑ and back‑of‑house teams
• Manage staff appearance, training, and adherence to service protocols
• Greet guests courteously and resolve complaints efficiently
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Conduct regular checks for maintenance and cleanliness
• Support administrative duties, reporting, and quality control programs
• Contribute to profitability through effective asset and staff management

Salary: R18 000 R20 000

Working Hours: 09:00 Closing (Monday to Sunday, shifts applicable)
