Food Preparation Assistant (Grill & Burger Assembly)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards
• Operate grill equipment to cook burgers, patties, and other menu items
• Assemble burgers with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled safely
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and utensils
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety compliance
• Assist with stock rotation and inventory management
• Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Requirements:

• Proven experience in food preparation, specifically grilling and burger assembly
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in food presentation
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fast-food or casual dining environment
• Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and maintenance
• Customer service experience is an advantage
