About the Role

You’ll maintain and update key databases, oversee application and recruitment admin, and coordinate events and programme support for young people on their tertiary journey. You’ll build positive relationships, ensure accurate data capture, and support communications with beneficiaries and stakeholders.

• Administer and update multiple databases, applications, and student progress
• Support operational activities, event planning, and logistics
• Coordinate programme communication with students, parents, and partners
• Assist with student recruitment, selection, and follow-up
• Create basic digital assets (Canva) and support social media engagement
• Build rapport with learners and support their journey from school to career

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in database admin and operational support
• High proficiency in Excel (PowerPoint and Word essential)
• Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism
• Flexible and reliable — available for occasional weekend events and evening calls
• Positive, driven, and passionate about youth development
