Logistics Coordinator

1. Grade 12
2. Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
3. 3 - 5 years' experience in logistics, shipping, or administrative support
4. Proficient in Excel
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
6. Must have experience with Feed Additives
7. Exposure to commodity trading, shipping, or export documentation is advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients, traders, warehouses, and transporters to ensure smooth delivery execution and communication
• Manage inventory, dispatch instructions, stock releases, and warehouse reconciliations
• Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and support accounts receivable/payable processes
• Monitor payments, resolve customer queries, and assist with compliance, reporting, and month-end activities
• Maintain accurate records and process storage, handling, and intercompany charges
