A well-established travel and transport company with a national footprint is seeking a meticulous and experienced Creditors Clerk to join its finance team. Key Responsibilities include:

• Processing and reconciling supplier invoices and statements
• Ensuring timely payments to all creditors
• Handling and resolving creditor-related queries
• Liaising with suppliers and building effective working relationships
• Negotiating supplier discounts where appropriate
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date creditor records
• Assisting with general finance and administrative support

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• Minimum 2 years experience in a creditors/accounts payable role
• SAGE Intacct experience (essential)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
