What Youll Be Responsible For- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business generation to successful placements.
- Building and sustaining strong client and candidate relationships.
- Growing your own portfolio and market by driving revenue and expanding your network.
- Advising clients on market trends, talent strategies, and workforce solutions.
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets in a competitive, supportive environment.
- At least 2 years experience in agency or specialist recruitment.
- Strong business development capability with a proven record of placement success.
- A commercial mindset paired with a consultative, solutions-driven approach.
- Resilience, competitiveness, and a passion for making meaningful connections.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or related fields (advantageous).
