Purpose of the Role
To provide professional front-desk and administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To- Professionally welcome and assist visiting clients
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage front desk operations and general administrative tasks
- Handle correspondence, emails, and document control
- Maintain office supplies and ensure overall office organisation
- Provide administrative support to management and operational teams
- Manage schedules, bookings, and appointments
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain record management systems
- Customer serviceoriented with a professional and well-presented manner
- Well-groomed with a professional demeanour
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office and booking or dispatch systems)
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
