Purpose of the Role

To provide professional front-desk and administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To
  • Professionally welcome and assist visiting clients
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Manage front desk operations and general administrative tasks
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and document control
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure overall office organisation
  • Provide administrative support to management and operational teams
  • Manage schedules, bookings, and appointments
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain record management systems
Criteria
  • Customer serviceoriented with a professional and well-presented manner
  • Well-groomed with a professional demeanour
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office and booking or dispatch systems)
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion
