Job Description
- Manage and oversee live system environments, including server setup, applications, and performance
- Plan and execute site-based projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and quality standards
- Coordinate installation preparation, logistics, and resource allocation
- Lead and manage technical and deployment teams across multiple regions
- Oversee site visits, including audits (inventory, installation, reporting, and returns)
- Ensure quality assurance across systems and project platforms
- Review and approve project scopes and technical documentation
- Drive process improvements in installation methods and operational workflows
- Monitor firmware updates and manage system changes through structured processes
- Collaborate with development teams and vendors to enhance system performance
- Support training and upskilling of technical teams to improve efficiency and independence
- Maintain strong cross-departmental communication and alignment
- Proven experience in project management within a technical or operational environment
- Strong understanding of system deployments, installations, and live environments
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects
- Knowledge of quality control, auditing, and process improvement
- Ability to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Zoho or similar) advantageous
- BCom / BSc / BEng or related qualification
- ITIL 4 (advantageous)
- PRINCE2 (v7) or PMBOK certification
- CompTIA A+ (advantageous
