The Role
Support the F&B Operations Manager in running daily restaurant operationsLead service on the floor during high-volume and peak seasonal periods
Deliver refined, personalised, and memorable guest experiences
Supervise, coach, and develop front-of-house teams
Ensure seamless service flow between kitchen and service teams
Assist with stock control, labour management, and operational efficiency
Uphold luxury service standards aligned to the estates brand and guest experience
Step into senior leadership responsibilities when required
Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury, fast-paced hospitality environmentApplications not meeting this requirement unfortunately will not be considered

A strong people leader who builds high-performing teams
Commercially aware with strong operational discipline
Passionate about fine dining, wine, and destination hospitality
Experience within luxury or award-winning dining environments is highly advantageous
